Ali Frost is an outstanding young stallion. The remarkable two year old colt that topped our 2006 sale to The Four Horsemen partners, he combines power, performance and pedigree.
This stallion is a Stanley Johnston bred Quarter Horse, the noted South Dakota program that produced some of the greatest rodeo competitors and breeding horses in the industry. Every Stanley Johnston stallion is represented in this potent pedigree…Doc's Jack Frost, Orphan Drift, Sak Em San, Captain Crusade and Poco Speedy; some of the most prolific sires of rodeo, cutting and all-around performers of their time. The power of Stanley's broodmare program is represented in dam Ms Sakem Silkwood, a beautiful, productive matron descended from his elite Candywood (Poco Judy Sue) mare line.
Ali Frost presents the image of a Stanley Johnston bred athlete. Charismatic and intelligent with a big, intense eye, his size, dimension, powerful deep shoulder, sound structure and incredible movement are trademarks of his pedigree.
Ali's pro training began in 2008 and he has developed into a superb, all-around rope horse. In a brief three-month AQHA competition run, he won points in Heeling, Heading and Calf Roping qualifying for the '09 World Show Heeling in just two shows and earned his Performance ROM. Under saddle, he's very intelligent and trainable, a huge stopper, extremely cowy and has a big motor that runs everything down.
